We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our services to new and existing clients, attending client meetings, and making calls to potential clients. This is a critical role within our organization, as the Sales & Marketing Manager will play a key role in the growth and success of our agency.


  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
  • Attend client meetings to present our services and understand client needs and requirements.
  • Make calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Designing new marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
  • After onboarding the project, explaining the work to the project manager properly and giving support in case of any difficulties. And giving a nice brief for the clients demand and expectations. 
  • Any other related task assigned by the management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software and also strong email communication skill.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a can-do attitude.
  • Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
  • Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
  • Good in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have maintained communication with clients excluding office hours. 
  • Experience with remote work and virtual communication.

Salary & Other Details:

– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: Office
– 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable
– Employment Status: Full-time at the office
– Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months
– Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

NB: There will be a 1- 2 months provisional period when we will pay 60% to 70% of the salary.
